I'm starting to look at food the way i look at people ...
there are those that infuse you with energy and make you better...and those that seem to add no value and at the end of the experience you feel worse for the interaction you had.
Coincidentally, sometimes these no value people drive us to the no value foods...hmmm. wonder why that is?
So, before i eat now...i ask myself is this is a friendly food or not? Is this something that will add value to my life, make me better, more energetic for the long haul, and make me feel good about myself.
if not...then i will choose a friendlier food....one that i know won't let me down in the end.
